Edwards Gardens is almost four acres in size with beautiful flowering gardens, and a winding ravine. The ravine with the ducks and bridges is very popular with children, as is the Spiral Mound. The Toronto Botanical Garden is part of a series of gardens and hiking areas adjacent to the Wilket Creek and leading down to the Don Valley Ravine. Our walk will be focused on Edwards Gardens. Afterwards, those who can stay will meet for coffee and snacks at the cafe.
Park admission is free. Parking is available on site. We will meet in the Courtyard of this beautiful park. There is a shop and library that is of particular interest to gardeners.
