“Hancock Shaker Village”

Tour begins at 10:30 a.m. and will last about 75-90 minutes,
giving us time to explore on our own and/or visit the gift shop.
A living history museum in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts, Hancock Shaker Village brings the Shaker story to life and preserves it for future generations. It showcases the life and work of the Shakers, a religious group known for their simple living, craftmanship, and communal lifestyle. The village features 20 historic buildings, including the iconic Round Stone Barn, as well as gardens, farm animals, and exhibits on Shaker furniture, crafts, and daily life. The 750 acres of land include one of the oldest working farms in the Berkshires.
After our museum visit, join us at the summer home of Paula McNay ’76 in Richmond, MA where Paula will generously treat us to lunch!
Those joining us for lunch, please indicate when you register, so Paula knows how many to plan for.
Paula’s house is 6.5 miles, or about a 20-minute drive, from the museum. Directions will be given closer to the event.

Our tour needs a minimum of 10 people.

you MUST pay your 2025-2026 DUES (see below)
to receive the Club member’s benefit of free or discounted tours –
unless you are (or become) a Life Member.
DUES paid in JUNE will be for 2025-2026.

Library museum passes, and museum & NARM membership cards
will NOT be accepted since we have a guided tour.
