Mary Ann Newell is a licensed counselor at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, working with undergraduates and graduates on the autism spectrum. She specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals in achieving their professional goals and gaining work experience, and trains companies to become more inclusive of a neurodivergent workforce. Mary Ann is a contributing author to the book Neurodiversity and Work: Employment, Identity, and Support Networks for Neurominorities and works as an adjunct professor in the departments of Special Education and Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
