Aigné is an attorney, speaker, and career coach passionate about diversity and spreading the VALUE vision! Aigné started her business, Black Esquire LLC, in 2018 as a coach to pre-law students in order to increase the Black lawyer population in the U.S. Through this work, and her own personal experiences as an attorney, she saw a need for women and students of color to learn how to effectively use their VALUE (VOICE to ADVOCATE so others can LEARN and UNDERSTAND your EXCELLENCE).
